The purchase was easy. Sam guided me through the process and kept me well informed throughout. The car was ready to collect just a week from ordering. The handover process was enjoyable, and Fern did an excellent job of talking us through the car.

Originally went to Norwich as it is closer and I got my last 2 vehicles from them. Found them unhelpful. Switched to Ipswich where they were v helpful and ensured the car would fit my wheelchair before ordering the vehicle.

I loved the new online check in facility, not used this before, Shame the bottom section for comments/notes wasn't addressed. I had asked for my foot well mat to be looked at and it wasn't, Why include this section if not to be looked at?

The vehicle was brought in for two recall items and I had a loan car. Warren with whom I dealt was extremely helpful and showed me round the all electric loan car. Which I was concerned about having never driven a fully electric car before.

Recall item dealt with efficiently, accepted courtesy car wash, end result appalling, wish I had declined.Wheels not touched, window seals appeared not touched all glass appeared dirty water stained had to clean myself on getting home. Disappointed

Fair price for a major repair, contribution from BMW, I paid from the labour cost. Thank you BMW for the contribution of the cost of the part (steering rack) as I3 was 4.5 years old and 32K miles and technically out of warranty. So much appreciated.

Car battery was flat upon picking up car as no one thought to check despite the car with them all week in the very cold weather. Also were only able to fix 1 of 2 issues. 2nd issue is intermittent but feel they could've been more proactive diagnosing

Appointment booked in to replace part that was part of a BMW recall. When my 8 months pregnant partner arrived at the appointment she was made to wait 20 minutes to then be told the part was not actually at the garage and we had not been informed.

Fantastic service received when my car had broken down. BMW responded immediately and kept me informed of when a recovery vehicle would be available, and also when a courtesy vehicle would be provided. Reassurance throughout the whole process.

Vehicle was supposed to be washed ,dried and valeted. But it was covered in streaks and the wheels hadn't even been touched?? Poor..... When i used to take previous BMWs to SYTNER Harold Wood, my car was always gleaming and fully valeted.

I was alarmed when contacted by phone and asked if I had had an accident! Apparently the left front inner wheel arch was loose? System faults fixed but vibration from front is still evident. Dirty fingerprints on paintwork and door trim scuffed!!

As noted above, tyre tread information provided was incorrect. In addition a large rip was missed in the other front tyre. This would not have been found but luckily I asked the garage to check all my tyres. I'm due to drive over 400 miles next week.

Poor communication between your service desk team and the mechanics. Rear brake pads was not done. No communication at all. Even your email/ text message you send out from the mechanics regarding what works need to be authorised doesn't get to them.

The MOT could not be completed due to the emissions machine breaking down. I was told I would contacted and the booking would be a priority. As of 18/12 no call was received so I had to rebook. Earliest date 02/01. Air bag recall not done on 13/12.

Very satisfied. Conner made sure that the courtesy car I requested was available. When I returned to collect my car Connor took me through the work that had been done, including dealing with a manufacturer's recall notice.

The booking system did not work and i feel unnecessary work was required when 2 independent assessors disagreed. Unfortunately, i will not be using 1 group for MOT etc anymore.

The issue that my X1 was in for (stop/start cutting in before the car has come to a complete stop) wasn't completely addressed. The car still cuts out before the car comes to a stop, but the engine does appear to restart a bit quicker.

Complimentary vacuum was okay, but the wash was terrible! I know it's complimentary, & don't expect a THOROUGH job..I could see the wheels had been 'cleaned' but the body was just wet with all the dirt still on it it went in with!

Only issue was being told there is a charge to use a courtesy car. I understand this for normal service scenarios but for safety recalls I dont think any customer should be out of pocket.

We received a video with a heading warning Bumper, when I watched the video, there were no issues with the Bumper, there was a recommendation to replace 2 tyres - this left me thinking, is there enough attention to detail in the business.

System error so app booking didn't register with the office so when I turned up they were not expecting me, nor another customer. However the agent dealt with it politely, efficiently and got my car booked in.
