Although I wanted to score lower then five my hands are tied as I don't believe any of the issues I had were Sam in sales fault. The handover process was tainted by the Finance side which was lacking in any proactive nature towards waiting customers.

The service was absolutely fine, but I was overcharged on my MOT which I had bought on an offer of £39.99 at the time I booked it but then when I came to pay on the day I realised shortly after I did I was charged £54.

It took a few attempts to supply the correct warranty part, but I was always provided with a loan car, additional work that I requested was carried out and I received a discount because my vehicle was registered in 2012

Greeted as soon as I stepped to the desk and offered coffee whilst waiting. Kept informed and when they thought there might be a delay in person seeing me, (they were with another client) advised me and gave an alternative. Delay didnt happen.

I was booked in for a two hour slot and it took quite a lot longer than that. I would not choose this option again, as my time, and that of my husband who was picking me up, is valuable and I had lots to do that I could not do as a result.

1. booking in process was arrogant and unhelpful. People judge others within 30 seconds of meeting. BMW LOST (Group 1) got a zero rating at this point. 2 Time vehicle is kept, letter stated 3 hours not 8! Group 1 scored zero rating against BMW letter

The car was left with group 1 at 8.40am. I was due to collect car at 17.00. At 16.30 if was phoned to say the discs on the car also needed replacement as well as a tyre. They needed the vehicle another day. I had to hire a vehicle for another day.

I was not given the walk round video until I went to pick the car up. I had authorised work up to £500 to be carried out. Your mechanic found an oil leak which was not fixed. Driving home I had a low oil level warning.

You need to take this up with Brendon Lansdowne at Group 1 in Norwich with whom we are dealing for replacement BMW's. Suffice it to say had se NOT signed for new BMW's, we May have reconsidered.

When I booked the service I was told that the service would cost 189 instead it ended up paying 450 plus as an error had been made. This is unacceptable and then had to pay 130 to get my washers working. I had owned the vehicle less than a year.
