Steve Owen was amazing he pulled out all stops nothing was too much trouble he went to great lengths to find the exact car and spec I was looking for and came up trumps with my perfect new car . Thank you Steve .

Although I wanted to score lower then five my hands are tied as I don't believe any of the issues I had were Sam in sales fault. The handover process was tainted by the Finance side which was lacking in any proactive nature towards waiting customers.

We purchased a 120 Msport earlier this year however there was a slight mix up with communication as to what we wanted/expected, the guys at Group 1 Ipswich went above and beyond to deliver us the car we wanted.

There was an issue to do with a lack of loan cars available on the day of my service. However Daniel and his colleague who served my went above and beyond to sort this out. Daniel lent me and my family his own X5 for the morning. Incredibly grateful

The service was absolutely fine, but I was overcharged on my MOT which I had bought on an offer of £39.99 at the time I booked it but then when I came to pay on the day I realised shortly after I did I was charged £54.
