David Clarke very helpful and informative despite some confusion with automated web messages asking me to electronically sign documents which had already been signed or would be signed at handover. Good, clear vehicle familiarisation session.

Loved the service. Next time I will take more time to configure exactly what I want. One of the tyres didn't have any tyre shine on and a sticker mark was left on the dashboard byt apart from that it was great

Up to the collection of the vehicle all was great , the hand over was disappointing, we had travelled 4.5 hours to collect the car , the car wasn't ready , hot drink offered in a paper cup , given a travel mug as thank you for purchase.
