Helpful video, unfortunately was unable to valet the car although did offer to do it at a later date. Do think BMW should make provisions for fuel to get vehicle to garage.

I always find the customer check-in/collection service a bit slow. My experience of service when I have had other brand lease cars is more attentive. A 15 minute wait to hand a key over on a busy day doesn't seem the best.
