There all work really hard as it was a quick handover time due to our busy life style and they fitted their time around us even though it meant they had to work quickly and out of the blue. But was all still done to a very high standard. Very happy

There were a couple of issues on the day we collected our new car which did fall short of our expectations, however, the team at Group 1 Ipswich were professional and efficient in resolving these and we drove away more than satisfied.

It is our first time buying a BMW, previously was helping boss purchased one at BMW Park Lane. Sales Person keep me inform of the arrangement and update me regularly on documentation, parts and collection. Even out of office hours.

I explained the braking problems I was experiencing when I brought the car in for MOT. Sian, the mechanic Andy I believe and David the manager were extremely helpful and gave me their undivided attention. This alleviated all the worries I had.

I had an email confirming my appointment at 10, i was there earlier and i still had to wait 3 hours for my MOT. They said they will try and do the service as well so after waiting 3 hours I was expecting this will be done but it wasn't.
