Issue with my Car when leaving home one morning,the problem was rectified within 24 hours, i was kept fully informed of the issue with the car, the fault happened one morning and BMW advised to take the car to them to see what could be done

Only thing that stops from a 5 is there was a little bit of belittling the staff. There was an instance where a manager had a go at the staff in front of customers which I did not think was appropriate
